Multiple Poems I Just Thought Of.

~ Personified ~

The living light is a harmonious deity,
The living light shields you from cruelty.
The light personified is full of tranquility,
The light personified is the bringer of harmony.

~ Insects ~

Horrible to the touch, but fascinating to admire,
Creepy crawlies are part of a larger empire.
You would squish them for they are just gross to view,
But underneath their skin are features you haven't a clue.

~ Forbidden Love ~

She loves you, you love her,
She's the madame and you are the sir.
An eternal bond you both share deeply,
You comfort her, and she comforts ineffably.

Two warring sides have gotten in your way.
Your love has to go but you urge her to stay.
You promise to protect her, and she do the same,
For you are the knight and she is the dame.

Underneath the bedlam, two hearts are torn,
Their fate is settled like a prick from a thorn.
Divided they fall. They move far apart in vain,
A tear shed from their faces, followed by a downpour of rain.

Longing for each other, but are forced to drift and go,
Their eternal love was fruitless, and it seemed just for show.
They wonder how they are ever going to repair this,
Both souls are truly lost in the deep, dark abyss.
