Clouds For Dummies

Stratus,
Horizontal, layered and stretched.
Stratus in Latin,
To spread out!

Cumulus,
Puffy, white, large cotton balls.
Cumulus in Latin,
Heap or a pile!

Cirrus,
Very wispy and feathery looking.
Cirrus in Latin,
Tuft or curl of hair!

The hell what type of cloud is this?
Circular but spread out?
Forming a disc and a halo?
What are you?
