Laughter In My Head

Since the beginning of the school's book fair, a couple of enterprising 6th grade students tried buying stuffs in the fair and reselling them for retail prices.

Interestingly, I was one of the teachers who bought from them but during lunch I overheard a conversation between another colleague and one student:

Student: "Ma'm would you like to buy this drink for me? I bought this for 16 pesos but I'm selling it for 20 pesos..."

Teacher: "Oh I see, why do I need to buy from you if I can also buy that upstairs for the same price?"

Student: "Ma'm we have a fundraising"

Teacher" "What fundraising?"

Student: "Our fundraising!"
