Don't Stop Believing
The title, as you probably know, is now famous for its cover by the show "Glee". Some people might think it's "gay". But I'm not typing this to talk about that.
I was sitting in, this afternoon, in an art class. Its an after-school activity. I was sitting with a bunch of friends. A little boy was sitting beside me. He had the most innocent look on his face. I had been talking to him and he had a thousand stories.
Then, when we were given a task, he whispered to me, "I can't do this!". I replied, "Of course you can!". No one wants to stop a little kid from reaching their full potential. In fact, we all want to help them reach their full potential. So, I encouraged him! I told him if you believe you can do it, then you can do it. Finally, he said "I can do it!". I was so happy to hear that from him!
Later on, I was talking to a friend about the paintings that were posted in front of the room, where everyone can see it. It was painted by the teacher. Such a genius! My friend told me I can do that. I replied, "I can't! that's so hard!".
Then, out of nowhere the little boy poked me which caught my attention. I didn't know he can hear our conversation. The little boy said, "You told me you can do anything if you believe in yourself." I was so embarrassed. I apologized to the little boy. Instead of me teaching the little boy a lesson, it's him who taught me an important lesson. Hope you got it too!

I guess I really should have kept it in my pants ;)
I don't mean harm or disrespect,
I'm like a frog, and you're gonna dissect.
But instead of organs, you're looking for secrets,
Looking for the one thing that fueled your hatred.
My heart is beating, pumping crimson-like blood.
That sheen in your eyes, it's a watery flood.
Crying, I see you.Whatever the reason for?
Are you gonna say something or walk out the door?
"Can we handle this any longer?", you ask tremulously,
"I'm not sure anymore..." I answer so very meekly.
Eerie silence starts, I sit here, and you're over there,
Both of us can't speak, and you're just playing with your hair.
You force yourself closer and grip your fist real tight,
I'm sitting there helpless. I wish I would just take flight.
Next thing I know, I'm seeing chirping birds and stars,
But truth be told, those are just bloody scars.
I drop dead again, too tired to even crawl,
I can't even speak, and I hear footsteps down the hall.
I don't recognize any of them. I'm not an expert, dude,
I'm just saying I fucked up, I'm not trying to be rude.

seems like i can't do much blogs anymore :/ i hate the schedules these days, it's been... stressful.

JANUARY 13
Was a day when my mother invited my boyfriend over my place for some dinner :) i felt so happy when my mother asked him to come over. The reason was it was our (my boyfriend and I) 2nd monthsary. I don't know if people DO actually celebrate this but for me, this day was special. every 13th of a month is special. anyways... every time i hang out with with or go out for a date. there's this interference from something that causes everything to be late, which is so annoying. so that day was really awesome because my family got a chance to know him and ofcourse i spent a day with him. OH he bought me a gift which is a cute little pillow and! he gave me a shirt with his name on it. :) ahaha. so sweeet noh? :"> anyways. it was fun

CHESS! unexpectedly I was chosen to go against people from chess, which was weird. and i got so embarrassed with the beacon people. GAAH. I suck in chess. and it was Cramming for our group. :) and also serious talking with a friend. :) we had an awesome time and also. yeah. confidential :)

Short Shorts
When I was in Morocco I would pass time by watching YouTube videos of Camera Cafe Philippines, Strangebrew and other movies on it.
Now that I'm back here in the Pinas, I would revisit these videos and still find myself laughing. Hay! So geek but so funny.

BP Shoot Up
Last night I went to Burgrer Avenue at The Fort to take the "The Ridiculous Challenge" with my friends. When we arrived, we all ready to take the pig out of a lifetime.
Ricky, Renan and Me tried but failed, but not badly.
I had all the burger stuffed in my tummy and my mouth when the bell rang but our mean crew monitor said I have to have everything swallowed.
Sad?
The sad part was my blood pressure shot up immediately. We had fun but the crew wasn't game enough to declare us as winners. It was an experience to pig out with my friends at Burger Avenue but one of them said "In the other branch, you would have been declared as winners".
Oh well not our lucky day!

I gave my first chess lesson this year yesterday and was given a cup of brewed coffee! You know what? It was the first brewed coffee I had in a loooooong while, say six months!
